- You will receive a verification code — use it to finish setting up your account.
- Once your account is verified, send us your username and password (double-check that the login details are correct).
- Do NOT submit a complaint inside the CFPB portal.
Sign Up for Credit Monitoring
We require credit monitoring to track changes and make sure everything is going as planned. Please keep this membership active during the process.
Sign Up for Credit MonitoringAfter you sign up:
- You will be on a monthly subscription for credit monitoring.
- Send us your username and password (double-check that the login details are correct).
- If this membership is not kept active, it may prolong the process or result in termination of your service.
